FOOD SAFETY, CRISIS RESPONSE & REGULATORY SERVICES

Strategic support for food and agricultural companies facing contamination events, regulatory pressure, traceability failures, recalls, import alerts, and risks to market access or business continuity.

CRISIS INVESTIGATION & ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS

Independent investigation of contamination events, product and process flows, laboratory evidence, operational failures, and management controls to determine what happened, why it happened, and what must be corrected.

RECALL, IMPORT ALERT & REGULATORY RESPONSE

I lead the technical and regulatory response for recalls and FDA import alerts, structure Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans, coordinate evidence packages, and guide the actions needed to restore compliance and protect market access.

TRACEABILITY, SUPPLY CHAIN VISIBILITY & OPERATIONAL CONTROL

I strengthen end-to-end traceability across suppliers, operations, and shipments; improve product and process flow control; and build the operational systems needed to support regulatory readiness, prevent recurrence, protect market access, and ensure business continuity—including FSMA 204 requirements where applicable.

INDEPENDENT SAMPLING, LABORATORY EVIDENCE & VERIFICATION

I design defensible sampling strategies, coordinate independent sampling and laboratory testing, and interpret the evidence to verify corrective actions, support regulatory decisions, and reduce bias.

LABORATORY METHOD IMPLEMENTATION & TECHNICAL READINESS

I implement, transfer, optimize, and verify or validate analytical methodologies, as applicable; establish quality-control, documentation, and competency systems; and support laboratory start-up, ISO/IEC 17025 readiness, and the production of defensible evidence for regulatory and operational decisions.

FOOD SAFETY SYSTEM DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION & TRAINING

I design, implement, and correct food safety systems that connect regulatory requirements with real operations, clear responsibilities, documented controls, verification, and continuous improvement. Training is built into the system as the backbone that turns procedures into consistent food safety culture.

REGULATORY STRATEGY, AUTHORITY RESPONSE & MARKET ACCESS

I translate scientific and operational evidence into regulatory strategy; structure responses to FDA, COFEPRIS, SENASICA, customers, and certification bodies; align corrective actions with business continuity; and guide the decisions needed to protect or recover market access.

WHEN THE RISK IS HIGH, THE RESPONSE MUST BE STRATEGIC.

Let’s discuss the evidence, the regulatory risk, and the path forward.
